Every workshop comes with a Workshop Information Guide and a Learning Tool Information Guide that will assist you in how to use the Workshop Design Guide. This ensures ease of use.
The workshops are designed to be delivered face-to-face and virtual.
Not every company has a Learning and Development department and in many cases, leaders are left on their own to train their teams and staff. Leaderflip workshops are designed using adult learning theories and time-tested practices. Each workshop provides content, speaker notes, discussion questions, activities, and follow-up training to help any leader or team trainer deliver effective learning at a cost that won’t break the bank or keep your Chief Financial Officer awake at night.
You can use the content found in the Workshop Design Guide to develop a one, two, three, or four-hour training. There is a YouTube video to watch for each workshop. There is a plethora of discussion questions to create a robust discussion among the participants. There are speaker notes to expand the discussions and handouts to engage the participants and help them remember what they are learning. Some activities can be reduced or expanded time-wise to increase participation.
Every organization and team’s requirements can be vastly different from each other. The workshops are not designed to help mitigate specific challenges, they are designed to deliver practical and foundational learning and skills to help address specific challenges when you use the learning tool worksheet. When developing your training, you can pick and choose what content, discussion questions, and activities you feel work best for your situation.
Yes, every workshop is based on and designed from a post found under the Leaderflip five pillars. Each workshop will tell you which post to read, then you decide if it is the right training for your needs.
Deliberate practice helps to reinforce and anchor the learning through practice. The deliberate practices that are not intended to add additional work to the day. The practices are intended to augment the participants’ daily work. It is about being observant, self-directed, and accountable for their own learning and behaviors.
